Gnome notifications

Hello, is there any option to send in gnome notification like this http://i.imgur.com/yOKwv5M.png for sound and brightness? I only found notify-send, but it isn't good enough for me.

AS for as I know there is a gnome-notification at the bottom.

I only found notify-send, but it isn't good enough for me.

It looks to me like notify-send without any text, just the icon...
