Ruby 2.0.0 on ArchLinux

As of my recent update I saw that Ruby was updated on ArchLinux. I am far from a Ruby pro and thus cannot update the Wiki on this topic. I would be glad if someone else could find the time to perform an update.

For now, I have added a note to the article so care is taken when following the secion und ruby 1.9.
