Arch Linux boot on an Apple Macbook 5.2

Hi,
I have a Macbook 5.2 from 2009 which is waiting for Arch to be installed in dual-boot with Mac OS X. I have carefully read the wiki about macbook : https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/MacBook
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Macbook5,2
I have already partitioned my drive with gparted and created a /dev/sda3 ext4 home partition and a /dev/sda4 swap partition, and installed rEFIT.

However I still have many questions. I wonder which booting scheme to choose, an EFI scheme rather than a BIOS-compatible hybrid mbr since I've heard that nvidia drivers don't work with EFI. Also, which scheme seems the best for beginners-intermediate users and fast to create since I don't know very much about  GPT,  EFI and Apple hardware in general?
Then, should I use Grub2 (of course installed in /dev/sda3) with rEFIT, or just Grub2?

Regards,
