Kernel Long Term Support (?)
Hey guys,
Just one quick question :
What would be the next Long Term Support Kernel ? Kernel 3.9 ? or other else ?
Be free to comment and let me know your opinions because I always wanted to make an LFS system and would be great to include the next LTS Kernel on that work .

The 3.0 kernel is LTS and I guess it will be supported by arch until upstream supports it.
3.9 Is not going to be LTS.

By LTS, do you mean Arch's linux-lts or the upstream Linux kernels? On kernel.org, there are several kernels marked as longterm such as 3.4.38, 3.2.42, and 3.0.71.

And I'm looking for a possible future LTS kernel because they will support new filesystems for SSD which I would like to test with Linux From Scratch

They (Kernel Team) might announce one LTS soon because there is a huge improvement on filesystems like "F2FS" for SSD from Samsung.
You are right by saying that no one can predict a LTS Kernel announce but I have a feeling that might be soon
