Here's mine of the month (I've been playing with a few different wm's this month):

... And I should point out that XFce4 from SVN is a bit messed up right now due to problems with the repo, so it'd be best to wait a few days.

Re: November 2005 Arch Screenshots

Yes, it has... And here's a screenshot to prove it!

screenshot5mc.th.png

(Alphacube xfwm theme, Water Vapor GTK theme, and Edge icons,  with snap font for GTK and window borders and smoothansi for terminals. Background is "Diagonal Balance" by Swaroop.)

Please, try out XFCE4-svn. It's not quite complete - you may notice the occasional missing icon, and Thunar doesn't do thumbnails on its own - but it's fast, functional, and beautiful in a way that Gnome isn't and probably never will be.

Yup, it is caligula-sketchy, part of cairo-gtk-engine (in AUR) he uses

Re: November 2005 Arch Screenshots

Yeah, that wallpaper is so twisted. It's so ... happy-looking. Pressh is right about the theme. It is somewhat flaky, but pretty useful in my opinion.

I'm also using the xorg6.9, with which xcompmgr works in a decent speed on my 855GM-chip... smile

The icon-theme is gnant.

Re: November 2005 Arch Screenshots

Aagh, now you make me feel like switching back to Openbox.

(Was using Gnome, but good God, Metacity still needs one hell of a lot of work! Sound stopping when I moved big windows around and stuff...)

Why not to use OB under Gnome, instead of Metacity ?
