Fan problems

Since i've installed archlinux with gnome de my fan works always at the minumum level, so my laptopo became very hot in a little time...how can i control the fan's speed? the laptop is an asus a55d with an amd a8-4500m processor. Thank's for the help!

i serchead all over the web without success, i tried to ask in the italian forum (i'm italian) but nobody was able to help me, so i decided to ask here...a lot of people suggested me to use fancontrol, but my chipset is not included in the list of supporte chipsets for fancontrol...after this try everybody told me that they were not able to solve my problem...i wish that some of you could help me.
I also saw that a lot of people with a latop similar to mine had the opposite problem, so their fans were always at the maximum level, then i think that it's strange that mine goes always at minimum!

I recently had a fan issue similar to yours. I was able to get it adjusted in my BIOS. Does your laptop have anything to control it?

no, it's the first thing i done, but my bios don't have a function to control the fan, i also updated it
