Printing problem: Missing top of the page

Hi !!!

I have a Kyocera FS-820 and I'm using a Footmatic driver.  I can print with no problem, the page test is OK, any other page print too, but with a little problem.  It's like the printing start one inch higher than the page.  The result is that I miss one inch at the top, and have a inch of blank at the bottom (less or more a inch ...).  And I also miss the header.

I use CUPS and I configure the printer to print on Letter page.  Any idea what could be the problem ?

Thanks guys !

You probably need to fine tune your margins.  See the align.ps stuff at http://www.linuxprinting.org/cups-doc.html

Re: Printing problem: Missing top of the page

I works ! Thanks for the tip.  What I did is install the FS-800 driver (since there is no FS-820) and it works (with the ljet4 version).  I was using the FS-850 version ... maybe my problem was from there !  Anyway ! Thanks, you pointed me in the good direction !

Have a nice day !
