Hello,
I recently upgraded to kernel 2.6.13.4-3. After upgrading,
echo "mem" > /sys/power/state
no longer works. No error messages or anything, it acts as if I hadn't typed any command in at all.
Before upgrading I had been using memory sleep for a good 3 or 4 months. Any recommendations on how to solve this?

The same thing happened to me as far as I could tell there is no easy way to fix this. It has been posted in the bug tracker but no fixes as of yet. Also upgrading to the 2.6.14 kernel in testing doesnt help. If you really need sleep to work I'd suggest downgrading to the 2.6.12.2-1 kernel package.

Wow,
You were right. I downgraded and it works now. Unfortunately, my wireless networking doesn't work now.

What wireless card are you using. If you are using the ipw2200 ir ipw2100 you are going to have to both recompile that package and the ieee80211 package. Also make sure you are using the same gcc version as your kenel was build with. "cat /proc/version" to find this out. If you are using a newer version of gcc and dont want to downgrade it you rgoing to have to recompile your kernel as well(simple as running an makepkg with the right files). Also I have the kernel and modules that I compiled with gcc 4.0.3 and if you have somewhere I can upload those to you can just install them pm me if that's the case.

I ended up downgrading to Kernel version by version until it worked with a previous version of ipw2100. The end result works. I did notice that ieee was broken when I downgraded to 2.6.12.
