I cant find Wiki Build Guidelines

Guys today in a scrum meeting we were discussing the need of guidelines to improve our corporative wiki. I remember archwiki had a section as ways to
contribute to the wiki.
I found some materials as

But I remember there was some more specific material which seems to be
merged with the archway
