[SOLVED] Going back to stable from [testing]

I'd like to enable testing to try gnome 3.8. Its not a mission critical system so certainly not the end of the world if things break, but I was wondering. Once gnome 3.8 hits the stable repos is there any easy way to transfer back from [testing] to stable?

You can disable testing in /etc/pacman.conf and do a pacman -Syy and -Suu to downgrade all the packages to core/extra.
