[SOLVED] Identifying untracked files

I'm planning to use pacman on some existing LFS build. Obviously, pacman knows nothing about currently installed files. Is there some magic option or some dev or community tool that would list untracked files or do I have to play some serious -Ql, diff and ls?

TIA
