Intel Centrino 6253 RF-kill

Hi. I have a Asus K53e which I just instaled a new Intel Centrino 6253 chip in. After put the new chip in my wifi wouldn't work.

I ran:

sudo ip link set wlp2s0 up

which gave me the error:

RTNETLINK answers: Operation not possible due to RF-kill

After much googling I found that I should run:

rfkill list

This told me rfkill wasn't installed.

I installed it and re ran the above command which put out:

 0: hci0: Bluetooth
	Soft blocked: yes
	Hard blocked: no
1: asus-wlan: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: yes
	Hard blocked: no
2: phy0: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: yes
	Hard blocked: yes

I've run

rfkill unblock all

with no change.

I've blocked drivers.

I've flashed my bios.

I've turn my card on and off with the button on my laptop.

There's no change with any of this.

Can anyone help?
