Pulseaudio stopped working after update

I just did a full system update last night for the first time in a month or two, and PulseAudio just stopped working after the update.  I use it with ALSA and if I remove PulseAudio then sound works fine through ALSA (I can't leave it like that because ALSA alone won't play AC3/DTS files for some reason), but when I reinstall PulseAudio I lose all sound.

Everything I can find to troubleshoot the problem usually involves making ALSA work, but I've already got that covered.  I've reinstalled PulseAudio and PulseAudio-ALSA, and pulseaudio will start just fine with "pulseaudio --start".  I've copied my output from PulseAudio -vvv below:

Expected behavior. 

The answer to your problem probably scrolled by during a long upgrade, but the answer is still in your /var/log/pacman.log file.

How is that my issue when PulseAudio starts just fine?  I don't even have to start it manually or change the autospawn setting, it already starts for me when I login to LXDM.

Edit:
The only other note than that in the PulseAudio update was keeping the user configurations in sync with the system, but I don't have any user specific configuration files.

Edit #2:
Unlike the other thread, I get no sound at all, period.  It doesn't just work once then I have to restart it, it's just no from the start.

. Given that, I assume you meant that it works once you hand start it.  In that case, autospawn would solve the issue.

I guess you are telling me, you can issue the start command, but the daemon dies?

Edit:  I just saw your edits, you are right, I am barking up the wrong tree.  Let me look over your daemon output and I'll get back later.

Actually the daemon doesn't die, or at the very least I can still see it running in the process list and it appears to be working.  Plus I can kill it with a pulseaudio -k.  Just no sound no matter what I try (playing a file, using aplay or speaker-test, etc...).

One thing I forgot to note in my original post is I did see the recommendation in the wiki to remove any /tmp/pulse* or anything in the users .pulse directory.  I've done that, and there have been times when there are directories with no files there, but it hasn't changed anything.

Edit:
Through some other posts it seemed like there was no problem just commenting out the errored out modules that I definitely wasn't using (bluetooth for example), so I tried to clean up some of the pointless errors.  However going over the pulseuadio -vvv output in detail there are quite a few D-Bus errors that I'm not sure if they relate in any way to my problem:
