You sure you'll have this all cleared up in 60 minutes?

Sorry, and thanks.
One more little problem though... Yeah, I know. Here:
[proteus@localhost ~]$ Thunar
Thunar: error while loading shared libraries: libgconf-2.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
If Thunar depends on Gnome stuff all of the sudden, that should be in the deps. If there's an option to eliminate that depend, it should be compiled with that option.

--disable-gnome-thumbnailers ! Done! rm thunar from cache and install again. I didn't even notice....

Let me be the first to say that Thunar is looking mighty good. And the package weighs only 2.0Mb!
In fact, the whole xfce-svn group only weighs in at 14Mb. 8) Let's s.. that KDE||Gnome!

I can't believe they didn't fix the flashing bookmarks menu bug, before releasing 1.5 final. It's pretty ridiculous.

They didn't. 1.5 final = 1.5 RC3.

I know. Which is why I said what I did. ![]()
There was a patch posted here, but it does not apply cleanly to the 1.5 sources.

I'm curious too.

Well, it certainly exists, as you can see by the bug report.
Basically, after a seemingly random amount of time, the bookmark menu goes bonkers. While moving the cursor over the menu items, the item under the cursor blinks between highlighted and non-highlighted quickly. If the cursor is stationary, the item does not highlight and if it's a folder, does not auto-expand.
You can click the item, and the folder will expand, but it's annoying.

I've never seen this. Could it be caused by a compile error?

i had this problem in all 1.5 release candidates..
i used the binary from mozilla.org, so i don't think that it was caused by compile errors

I don't think so. I experience this bug on Ubuntu using a Mozilla.org build and on Arch using a Mozilla.org build and Shadowhand's repo. That's with a new profile each time, too.
It's very hard to reproduce this bug reliably, which is why it's not fixed I suppose.
