Kernel headers 3.6.2-1-Arch

HI

I have Arch & I install vmware 9 on it,but when I run  the following message is displayed:

Vmware kernel module updater
Before you can run vmware,several modules must be complied and loaded into the running kernel.
Kernel Headers 3.6.2-1-Arch
Kernel headers for version 3.6.2-1-ARCH were not found. if you installed them in non-default path you can specify the path below. otherwise refer to your distribution's documentation for installations instructions and click refresh to search again in default location.   

Please help me

what kernel version are you in?
I think you need to update your kernel.

man pacman

Please post the output of `uname -a`
