Can't start emacs in graphical mode after system upgrade

There is problem with emacs after last system upgrade: I can't run emacs in graphical mode, only IN shell (emacs -nw). There is no output when I try to run emacs in graphical mode, process freezes and i can't stop it with C-c. Emacs daemon starts without errors, but i can't connect to it in graphical mode. Of course I tryed start emacs without init file, result is the same.
I can't understant what happened with it. There wasn't emacs package in upgrade that i made. Emacs version 24.3.1.
Here is the pacman log with last updated/installed packages:

Re: Can't start emacs in graphical mode after system upgrade

The problem is in oxygen-gtk3 package (or something in new gtk3/glib2 that causes oxygen-gtk3 to act weird). So try to change gtk3 theme to something different, it should work.
