Bug tracking software

I reckon it makes sense to put this post here even though devs are just 1/2 of the users of bug trackers.

Anyway, we have a project at work and we need a bug tracking system. They've used Mantis before and I think its ok.

I was wondering about other peoples' experiences with such software - what are your favourites?

Re: Bug tracking software

I have used mantis. I have used flyspray.
I generally prefer mantis to flyspray.

I want to give Trac a try too..that one looks pretty neat.

Re: Bug tracking software

trac is real nice - it's in the AUR, but I orphaned it and all the deps because I got lazy - I think WillySilly picked them up though.

Here's a good trac example: http://initd.org/tracker/pysqlite

Re: Bug tracking software

I have mostly experienced FlySpray, on ArchLinux and on Psi, my favourite 2 OpenSource projects. Easy to use and well organized.
