[SOLVED] mic problem

Hi, I just got new headphone (Microsoft LX-3000, it's headphone with own sound card, via usb), connected them into usb and sound is working fine (I have udev rules as suggested at wiki page about ALSA). But microphone is not. Yes, it's recording, but there is *lot* of noise (or something, I don't know how to describe it).. .wav file is here: https://data.jstation.cz/mic.wav I did not speak at all and room was quiet, yet it's terrible. When I do speak, I can hear my voice under the "noise".

Thanks for help, if you need any more info, please, just ask.
