I got a Intel Xeon E3-1230 v2 CPU, but a `cpupower frequency-info` told me the cpufreq driver is missing or unknown.
$ cpupower frequency-info
analyzing CPU 0:
no or unknown cpufreq driver is active on this CPU
boost state support:
Supported: yes
Active: yes
25500 MHz max turbo 4 active cores
25500 MHz max turbo 3 active cores
25500 MHz max turbo 2 active cores
25500 MHz max turbo 1 active cores
I've tried to load the driver module manually, but it makes no difference after a `# modprobe speedstep-lib`.
Intel claims [1] the "Enhanced Intel SpeedStep® Technology" is availabe for this CPU, and the wiki [2] says this is supported by "acpi-cpufreq", but a modprobe of this module gives me "no such device".
Please help me, thanks!

# modprobe acpi-cpufreq
Maybe?
modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'acpi_cpufreq': No such device
Well, as I mentioned this in OP.
