2 very noise problems

1. When i insert cd with movie with title My_Life_Without_Me.avi its shows me that file on cd is My_Life.avi ... i tried to change many cds but still the same.

2. How to save  hdparm -d1X69 /dev/cdrom after reboot ?

Put it into /etc/rc.local to have it executed after every boot.

I don't quite understand the problem ;-)

Your filename on CD read under Arch is different than it should be (say, as it is under Windows?)? Even if so, does it matter that much?

hdparm -d1X69 /dev/cdrom
hdparm -d1X69 /dev/cdrom1

somewhere else?
