PS3 Media Server and mkv audio

Hi all, I am using PS3mediaserver to stream mkv files, however there is a problem with the audio. The video and subtitles will stream perfectly fine, but the audio outputs an annoying sound and doesn't actually play the audio file. I suspect it has something to do with the fact the mkv has multiple audio tracks and has trouble picking between them? I have mencoder pick "english," but the file has like 3 or 4 english tracks.

Does it do this for all mkv files, or just a specific one? I also stream to my PS3 (but with Mediatomb), and the PS3 in general seems to be very picky about video files. I'm not familiar with PS3mediaserver, but have you at least tried other media streamers to see if this isn't just isolated to the one you're using? After some quick googling I see many posts on their forums about audio issues with mkv files, so it might be better to ask there.
