I haven't got a screenshot of the whole thing in action yet, but it's really good. Should work at any resolution from 640x480 up, except the aspect ratio of the background will be off, as it was made for my laptop.

I got the os icons from grub2-theme-archlinux, and the arch logo from https://www.archlinux.org/art/ (archlinux-logo-dark-scalable.svg with the text removed).

I recommend making the background white, and having grub display the arch logo as an image. That way you reduce scaling issues.
