The problem is in static noise with and without PulseAudio
I recorded (arecord -d 5 test-mic.wav) it and put it here
$ lspci | grep -i audio

Subdevice #0: subdevice #0It works well in Windows 8 but not in Linux (I tried different LiveCDs - all the same)
I tried to apply this guidance but id didn't help.
