linux doesn`t boot after upgrading CPU from Ahtlon II 240 to FX-6300

Description:
after upgrading CPU to AMD FX-6300 i am unable to boot.
After loading GRUB it shows Loading Linux image or something like that, and than freeze.

I have try to put additional commands (mem=4048M - to limit and debug - to get kernel panic message) to linux section but it does not help.

MB                    ASUS M4A89GTD PRO
RAM                    Kingston KHX1866C9D3K2/8GX

please help

Try your bios options for the cpu. I had something similar a while ago, after disabling the "C1E" option it booted. There is a thread somewhere here for AMD FX with other hints.

Yes, disabling C1E feature resolve the problem.

But is it possible to use C1E ?
