UEFI Boot Manager configuration backup

Hi.

My motherboard: GA-Z77X-UD5H w/ latest firmware F14

I noticed that when I flash a new firmware, my NVRAM UEFI Boot Manager configuration is gone.

Is there any mean to backup the UEFI configuration in order to restore it after flash?

efibootmgr doesn't seem to offer such an option.

Did you ever manage to solve this? I have the same problem with my Asus motherboard.
