[SOLVED] fakeroot won't update correctly due to missing sbin/ldconfig

I upgraded today following the instructions on the front page, but I got the following error:

( 69/259) upgrading fakeroot                                                                    [########################################################] 100%
/tmp/alpm_2ZVy6a/.INSTALL: line 9: sbin/ldconfig: No such file or directory
error: command failed to execute correctly

I tried reinstalling fakeroot and get this error persistently. I don't know how important fakeroot is to my system, so I'm too afraid to reboot.

Ignore it for now, and continue with the update. Once you've installed the filesystem package (at the end of the instructions on the main page), reinstall the fakeroot package (and any others that give you similar errors. Don't reboot until the filesystem package has been upgraded.

fakeroot is usually only used for building packages (makepkg). It's safe to ignore that error for now. Reinstall it after the upgrade is complete.

Many thanks guys, followed your instructions and everything works like a charm.
And thanks for the added reminder to upgrade filesystem before rebooting!
