I've got some instances of same error from pacman which I think is abnormal when I tried to upgrade pacman-keyring via "pacman -Syu".
usr/bin/pacman-key: line 615: printf: write error: Broken pipe
What action should I take for the errors to maintain my system?
Searching the web and this forum won't answer my question...
The quotation of pacman.log of the upgrade sesson which evoked pacman-keyring upgrading is below:

Does reinstalling archlinux-keyring give the error again?

That guy is not me, but glad to know I'm not alone :)
Does reinstalling archlinux-keyring give the error again?
I've just tried reinstalling that package via "pacman -S archlinux-keyring" and looks no error has occurred this time.
I'm not sure reinstalling is enough to maintain my system or what causes the errors...

Hrm... I have no idea what is causing this then.

Hrm... I have no idea what is causing this then.
Mmmm, it looks nasty :(
Some potential causes I come up with are transient hardware failure or tiny undiscovered bug in hardware or kernel...
I'll keep an eye on my system to find whether there are other anomalies.
Edit: grammatical correction.

I just encountered the same issue with the latest update. I never had something similar to this:
