Hi there,
I am in the process of reducing power consumption of my laptop. Therefore I was collecting several power mechanisms.
Many of them relate to GRUB kernel parameters. However, as much of the information was quite old I am not sure which of the parameters are still relevant.
At the moment I am using:
pcie_aspm=force i915.i915_enable_rc6=1 i915.i915_enable_fbc=1 i915.lvds_downclock=1 drm.vblankoffdelay=1
Is it still recommended to have them all?
Thanks!

That depends on your hardware. You can get a nice list of kernel parameters from the kernel sources (it's in Documentation/kernel-parameters.txt), like the 3.9.6 one: https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kerne … ags/v3.9.6
Edit: Oh, and I just stumbled over this: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php … 0#p1288850
Edit 2: as you did, too, as I just found out
