Mirroring Arch FTP tree

Hi folks

I work for a company which also runs an ISP and thus I have access to a 2mb diginet line at work and was thinking about mirroring Arch Linux. How big is the ftp tree? What's would be the best way to mirror - wget or rsync? My main concern is the size of the ftp tree.

Thanks for the help
Michael

Re: Mirroring Arch FTP tree

rsync would be best, I would imagine.

Re the tree size, this may help you - it's the status page for my local Arch mirror.

Re: Mirroring Arch FTP tree

Hi

I found a how-to on the Wiki and used the rsync script to mirror only community, current and extra.

Thanks
