I'm getting this error:

[ 26.693580] xhci_hcd: probe of 0000:09:00.0 failed with error -110
which causes a 25sec delay in the boot process each time I startup my computer.
I have been getting this error since ever (as in, at least the last 3 years), with my last
3 different pcs. I'm not sure if this is a hardware fault (unlikely, as I said, 3 different
pcs) or a kernel bug (in which case it's a pretty big bug).
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any fix?
