Alsamixer wrong chip and no sorround

My problems are that alsamixer shows the correct sound card (the only one I have) but the incorrect chip (Nvidia MPC 77/78 HDMI instead of ALC888) and surround doesn't work (only Rear Left and Rear Right). All channels are unmuted and recording with internal mic works fine.

I don't know where problem is: aplay -vv shows that I'm using the correct device, but alsamixer uses the wrong chip and amixer doesn't show all correct channels for a 5.1 device...
