Hello i got 1 simply question how to start on arch SSH client from live cd ? i need to make instalation via ssh and rly cant find how to run it ?

Check the wiki. If you're using a relatively new version of the live CD, sshd is running by default assuming the net connection is active I think.... Just assign a password to root and ssh in as root using that password.

So after boot from livecd type passwd > set passowrd and i can already connect to shh with root password using ?

Should be able to, assuming your livecd has the ip of 192.168.1.2:
% ssh root@192.168.1.2
You can check the ip like this:
% ip addr
