D-Link DWM-156 Modem Driver

I have recently bought a D-Link DWM-156 Modem and passing a hard time to use it with my Arch Linux in HP Probook 4520s. The modem is supported by usb_modswitch. After mode switching

But its driver module doesn't load automatically with kernel. After searching a lot I found that

# modprobe option
# echo "2001 7d00" > /sys/bus/usb-serial/drivers/option1/new_id

loads its driver.
Then I found the device is visible on Gnome Network Manager Applet. But after configuring connection, each time I try to connect to the connection it releases the connection without connecting and display the device after 2-3 seconds. But I can connect to inter using wvdial. Here is the /etc/wvdial.conf

If the link breaks I have to repeat the procedure again with reattaching the device. Is there any way that I can use the device with Network Manager? Thanks in advance for any kind of help. Feel free to ask any query.
