Evolution won't sync IMAP folders

Just installed arch last night (using Gnome 3.8)... and I tried setting up Evolution. However, neither of my Gmail accounts are working... when Evolution tries to sync the folders, it tries awhile and then returns:

The reported error was "Could not connect to 'imap.googlemail.com:993': Network address is presently unreachable".

I pinged said address, no issue.

I've used evolution with these accounts on other distros in the past with no issues...

It doesn't even ask for my password...

Any suggestions?

Re: Evolution won't sync IMAP folders

It seems to have fixed itself... I clicked on an email address link, and then it prompted for both email's IMAP passwords... and since all is working well.

Something must have hit a jam or something... I wish I had a more "technical" explanation here.

If I could find where to do so I would. My knowedge is mostly with vbulletin (Super Moderator on a forum using it) but with Flux BB I'm not very keen.
