Weird behaviour on system fans after suspenssion

Whenever I suspend the system, when it starts again the fans make a wird sound like choppy, the temperatures doesn't change but it makes a lot of noise.
This noise cannot be heard in any other situation no matter if the CPU is idle or extreme load.
