Flash videos buffer only sometimes?

Hey guys.
So, I've had this "issue" for some time now.
When watching a video on youtube, most of the times the video will buffer only a certain time ahead, say like 20-30 secs. Sometimes though, videos load completely (Which is a way better for me since my internet is sh*t and I can just leave it loading in the background).
At first I thought that was a youtube thing to kinda prevent the downloading/copying of videos (Searching in the /proc files : `find /proc/*/fd -ilname "/tmp/Flash*"[...]).
But I soon found out that this only happened to me. None of my friends seemed to have this problem.
The weird thing is that the flash player does sometimes buffer everything. I haven't been able to make out a pattern in that though, so I don't know whats causing it.

A little workaround I found worked for me was choosing 480p and the bigger screen size, reloading the page and then changing the quality back to 360p. This, again just sometimes, would allow me to download/copy the video from tmp.
Some updates did fix this problem.

This has really been annoying me and I haven't found anything to help me.
Anyone else having this issue? Any solutions?

Awesome, I'm gonna try that from now on. Unfortunately that doesn't solve the buffering problem.
