Disable PSU fan

I have this PSU:: Pixxo Jaguar 600 Watts
http://www.mypixxo.com/product/PW-600.html

One of the fans is working weird, it's extremly noisy and makes the whole Tower shake.
MAybe it laks of oil.

Regardless of that, I want to know if there is a way to disable it, it would still have the second fan.

Re: Disable PSU fan

You should probably replace the fan instead, if the manufacturer put it there then there must be a good reason for that.

If you still want to disable it after reading the friendly advice, then open the psu and disconnect the fan, it should be easy since fan usually have a connector on the cable.

Re: Disable PSU fan

Maybe I'll try to replace it but it's a funny fact
The fan only does this after I put the system in suspenssion and then turn it on again :S normally the fan doesn't do any noise.
For now, my only option will be to don't enter in suspenssion sad but I find this fact very rare
