Any way to install with an ITE 8211 IDE chipset?

Hi all!

I've been using gentoo for a while and I've been thinking about moving to Arch because I've grown pretty tired of the compiling. I however encountered a serious problem when I tried to install Arch using the install cd. This motherboard uses ITE 8211 IDE chip to supply two Parallel ATA connectors. I currently have only one 120gb harddisk and it's connected to one of those. I've tried both 0.7 and 0.7.1-pre1 and neither seems to detect the IDE chipset, so the installer can't see any harddisks. There's a driver for this chip in the kernel, called it821x, but neither of the install cd's seems to have this module. Is there some way I could have the install cd detect and use this IDE chip so that I could install Arch?
