UEFI/clock

Hi arch world
Two weeks ago I went through the pain of installing arch on uefi using beginners guide and the grub2 guide side by side. all went well after three tries.  I changed my partitioning tables to gpt I installed a vfat 32 /boot/efi. journal log looks at it as some sort of memory so I think its there and the bios looks at the hd drive as efi hd.  So why I'm here the time stamps in my journal logs go back three days every time i reboot. I'm thinking my time is not synced with the bios because of the uefi boot also cant hibernate if I do it reboots when pulled out. mb asus z68 chipset core i5 cpu 8 gigs of corsair vengeance ram xmp profile 7200 rmp hd two sep hd for home and o/S. and I also use ntp and i also checked with ntpq and tcpdump. thank you for the input.
