OK. So where are you mounting things now?
I suggest backing up the contents of /boot and of your EFI partition, if that is different.
Then remove everything to do with Arch from them.
Reinstall the kernel and run rEFInd's install script again.
Check everything is in place before rebooting.

ok, i've changed nothing but with the last update 3.10.3-1-ARCH, refind seems work.
may that the previously kernel-version makes some issues ??
i think that is a question between kernel-version and refind, what about ?
