[SOLVED] DKMS build fails

Hello,
I am in trouble with DKMS right now, because I cant build any kernel module without getting this error (for example the alx driver):

'make'......(bad exit status: 2)
Error! Bad return status for module build on kernel: 3.9.9-1-ARCH (x86_64)
Consult /var/lib/dkms/alx/3.9/build/make.log for more information.

When I look at the log files, there are always those lines:

Building modules, stage 2.
MODPOST 2 modules
FATAL: section header offset=14517192 in file 'vmlinux' is bigger than filesize=14184448
make[2]: *** [__modpost] Error 1

I couldn't google anything, so I wrote it here hoping for someone to help me.

I reinstalled both linux and linux-headers and the problem disappeared
