[kde-unstable] KDE SC 4.11

Hello,

I just installed KDE 4.10.90 and everything seems fine. I encountered only one problem. At startup, the error message below appears:

Le profil "AC" a tenté d'activer l'action inexistante DimDisplay. Ceci est généralement dû à un problème d'installation ou de configuration"

(sorry, it's in french )

I can reproduce it by changing an option of "Power Management".

An idea to fix it? Thank you!

Hello

Just delete the Section

[AC][DimDisplay]
idleTime=240000

in .kde4/share/config/powermanagementprofilesrc and its gone

You can download and build the package using ABS and makepkg.

If you use yaourt you can pass the -b flag to do the same thing "automatically". It may work on other AUR helpers although I've not tried

yaourt -Sb foo

Using latest kde 4.11 here (4.10.95).
Bangarang and dragonplayer still won't show me any video. Amarok and audio output work flawlessly...

kmail: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libksieveui.so.4: undefined symbol: _ZTIN9PimCommon18TemplateListWidgetE

Probably a conflict with the ffmpeg rebuild. I don't think we can resolve that while ffmpeg is in staging.

I've upgraded to rc1 and did not found any problems!

RC1, some minor problems for now:

– have to reset some windows rules (in Clementine and Nicotine, when set to be visible on all Activities from start, had to be reset because windows was unvisible)
–> deleting option and adding it again solves the problem

– dropbox service (I'm using it a lot in Dolphin) no longer copies generated URL-s to klipper
–> don't know how to solve this

I'll do as soon as I recover my bko account...

however, symptoms here are a bit different from what your video shows, here the color is ok but icon does not jump, it bounces "in place". I'm on a Intel HD4000, openGL 3.1 enabled
