I have problems with enable overclocking on my nvidia 560 ti. I use nvidia drivers 3.19 and follow arch nvidia wiki. The wiki says to put Option "Coolbits" "1" into Device section, but of which file? I don't have xorg.conf file. Apparently its depreciated anyway. I have only the following files in xorg.conf.d
10-evdev.conf
10-quirks.conf
None of these files has "Device" section.
I also tried the nvclock program, but it doesn't work. Additionally, tried to generate /etc/X11/xorg.conf file using nvidia-xconfig, but it didn't change anything. So I removed it.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Your gpu isn't supported, sorry.
Proprietary nvidia linux developers are not smart enough (by their own ammission), to allow overclock on newer nvidia gpus.
AFAIK, the last working model was the 9000 series.
Your best bet is to reprogram your card bios, search google for it.
