I'm still having the problem but not all of my tabs have invisible titles. I haven't held any packages back and I'm using the Catalyst drivers from that one repo (Can't remember the name off the top of my head.) I'm also using the infinality-ultimate-bundle but I was having this problem before hand.

Same here - not all tabs.  It's not the drivers - I'm seeing this on a *VERY* basic mwm (yeah, OpenMotif) desktop on VirtualBox.  It's something at the core of X11, very possibly being triggered (or so the rumor mill has it) by a bug in Chromium.

Im having this problem as well. Nouveau drivers (750m), infinality-ultimate-bundle.
