Can't find working catalyst drivers

I have a ThinkPad W500 with FireGL V5700.
I tried installinc catalyst-firepro as well as regular catalyst, but both times running aticonfig resulted in error "No supported card detected".

What drivers should I be using? I need proprietary drivers, because I need 3d and advanced power management.
