Kernel panic 3.10.6-2, Dell Vostro broadcom wireless

Today after using my laptop for a bit, it suddenly went into a kernel panic.  I rebooted and it happened again right after I started X (other apps are launched when startx is called, I don't think X is the cause).
I can't remember everything in the error, if there's a way for me to get the full log then I can do that and post it, but I remember seeing my wireless driver mentioned in the text that appeared.
The end line was kernel panic not syncing fatal exception in interrupt.

Downgrading the kernel to 3.10.5-1 fixed the problem, and I'm hesitant to upgrade again because I don't want to cause more problems.

Is anyone else having this problem?
