The Linux Steam game FTL: Faster Than Light, as well as every WINE application, have awful, unuseable sound when I have tsched=0 set. However, Hulu and Audacity have terrible, unuseable sound when I have tsched=1 set. So I would like to have some kind of toggle script, but I've run into two obstacles:
I can't figure out exactly how I would use pacmd to toggle the setting, and I can't figure out how to check for it with a terminal command, either.
