KOffice: Courier has disappeared from the font menu!!!

Argh, what happened to my favorite font for documents?! It's still available for applications, window borders, etc.  in the KDE control center, but the font menu no longer shows it - neither "Courier [ibm]" nor "Courier 10 pitch" - and documents typed in Courier are now shown in Ariel (Gasp!) when opened in KWord.

I tried removing the KWord config file (~/.kde/share/config/kwordrc), but the problem persisted.

Someone help me out, please!

Could someone please help? The fonts that are left are all huge and ugly...

(I tried selecting the fonts in Settings -> Configure KWord -> Formula, but Courier and a bunch of other fonts have disappeared from the menus there too. :evil: )
