Powersaving options in broadcom

Hi,

I try to get my notebook temperature lower, and I noticed that :

[   19.241758] brcmsmac bcma0:0: brcms_ops_bss_info_changed: qos enabled: false (implement)
[   19.241771] brcmsmac bcma0:0: brcms_ops_config: change power-save mode: false (implement)

i found this https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=159929 and installed b43-firmaware from AUR, but it seems the same, or I blacklisted wrong modules,
Where should I set powersaving on for broadcom43225?

[arch@localhost ~]$ sudo iwconfig wlp3s0 power on
[sudo] password for loop: 
Error for wireless request "Set Power Management" (8B2C) :
    SET failed on device wlp3s0 ; Operation not supported.

+ cpupower, I put in /etc/default/cpupower.conf default "powersave",but on boot there is "ondemand"
