[RELATED,pid=1317217] Ignoring key shift during boot and tty

Hi,

since my last upgrade i cant use key shift during boot and under tty. The most depresing think was that i didnt see this behavior due to "blind" password prompt via encrypt hook by initramfs, its look like i forgot my password :-D. This strange behavior affect 2 of mine 3 archlinux systems (all of them are fully upgraded). So when i need write capital s "S" im force to use capslock and then release lock. This is only while booting and in tty, when I make it into DE (Gnome3) key shift works as you should expect.

My tries,...
At first moment i thought: my keyboard is broken so i add mine old PS/2 keyboard, same as newer USB one.

there is no relevant error when i build initramfs (by relevant i mean there is some but only on fallback mode about firmware). There is mine config from mkinitcpoi.conf. I believe its allright,...

MODULES="dm_mod ext4"
HOOKS="base udev autodetect modconf block keyboard keymap encrypt filesystems fsck shutdown"

i also presumed there shoud something overwrite at /etc/vconsole.conf during upgrade, but it looks fine.

KEYMAP=cz-qwertz.map.gz
FONT=Lat2-Terminus16

next I was searching log so journalctl -b | grep --color key get only one relevant line to key phrase "key". Im not expert but it looks harmless

Aug 26 09:55:48 etnyx-work kernel: input: AT Translated Set 2 keyboard as /devices/platform/i8042/serio0/input/input0

I also search over google, but i didnt find nothing usefull, maybe i set wrong query to google,... should someone help me?

EDIT:: there is also another problem caused by same bug,... when i try to switch from DE to tty (via alt+ctr+Fx) its work but i cant switch from tty(x) to tty(y) or back to DE (on tty1) i got this sequence of chars "^[[25~" or "^[[25~" dependent witch Fx i press.
